Diamond Ventures Purchases an Office Building in Englewood, Colorado

Tucson, Ariz. (January 30, 2015)- Diamond Ventures, purchased an 83,058 square foot office building located at 373 Inverness in Englewood, Colorado, a suburb of Denver.  The building is currently occupied by four tenants and 81 percent leased.  This is the second office building Diamond Ventures has purchased in Colorado in the last two years.

In December, 2013, Diamond Ventures purchased 5555 Tech Center Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  The decision to enter Colorado was part of a plan to diversify and acquire some real estate outside of Arizona.  The investment has been a good one, so the decision was made locate another opportunity in Colorado.

“We are very bullish on the Colorado market,” says Bill Kelley, CFO of Diamond Ventures.  “We see a considerable amount of upside potential with 373 Inverness, so we felt it was a great opportunity for us to buy this asset and create some value.“

The property is being leased by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
