Diamond Ventures is pleased to announce AF Sterling will be constructing a model at its Stone House custom lot community in Sahuarita.  The home will break ground this summer.

Brake Masters is under construction at Houghton Town Center and expected to open for business later this summer.

In February 2016, Diamond Ventures,Inc., sold approximately 57 lots to Lennar located within Mountain Vail in Vail, AZ.  The lots are 45’ wide by 115’ deep. This is Lennar’s second purchase in Mountain Vail. Their original purchase was for 78 lots.
