Diamond Ventures, Inc. signed a lease with KB Home for approximately 5,000 SF at Rio Nuevo Professional Plaza in downtown Tucson.

WalMart Super Center opened its doors March 12th at Houghton Town Center, located at Houghton and Old Vail Roads in southeast Tucson.

We are proud to announce the Grand Opening of WalMart as they open their doors for business at Houghton Town Center, Wednesday, March 12th.  The festivities begin at 7:30 AM with a ribbon cutting ceremony and introductory speeches.  Houghton Town Center is located at the intersection of Old Vail and Houghton Roads.

Diamond Ventures and Evergreen Development sold a 1.82 acre pad fronting Oracle Road to Pima Federal Credit Union, who will construct a new branch location and a 3.24 acre pad to Basis Schools, Inc. for a K-4 elementary school.
