Diamond Ventures sold a custom lot at its Rimstone project in Sedona, AZ.

Diamond Ventures sold just over an acre of land to Hughes Federal Credit Union at Houghton Town Center.

Diamond Ventures purchased the old Reay’s Market at 12660 E. Old Spanish Trail.

Diamond Ventures sold approximately 5 acres of land to Walmart at Tucson Blvd. and Drexel Road.  Walmart plans to construct a 41,000 SF Walmart Neighborhood Market and a gas station.  The remaining 4 acres will be comprised of freestanding fast food restaurants and shops buildings.
