In February 2016, Diamond Ventures,Inc., sold approximately 57 lots to Lennar located within Mountain Vail in Vail, AZ. The lots are 45’ wide by 115’ deep. This is Lennar’s second purchase in Mountain Vail. Their original purchase was for 78 lots.

On December 8, the sale of a 48-acre parcel of land in Stone Canyon was closed. The buyer was Meritage Homes. Meritage will develop 36 lots on the 48-acre parcel for its customized home sales.
