TUCSON – (June 21, 2016)—Diamond Ventures announced today that Nathan Levy has been named Director of their new office in Denver, Colo., opening July 1, 2016.

Diamond Ventures signed a lease with Nails by Yen for a portion of the shops building located n front of Walmart at Houghton Town Center.

Diamond Ventures’ Stone House residential community in Sahuarita, Arizona was one of four projects nationwide to be presented with the National Heritage Award for 2016.  The National Heritage Awards is a program developed by members of Associated Realty of the Americas, AREA, a leading residential and commercial fraternity consisting of brokers who actively serve their individual real estate associates throughout Canada, The United States and Mexico.

Diamond Ventures is pleased to announce AF Sterling will be constructing a model at its Stone House custom lot community in Sahuarita.  The home will break ground this summer.
