Tucson, Arizona based Diamond Ventures (David Goldstein, President) purchased a 50,400 SF manufacturing building located at 9538 E Old Vail Rd. The seller was Accu Duct Manufacturing Inc. (Jeff Hermanson, President). This manufacturing building was built in 2009 and sits on 8.39 acres.
