Diamond Ventures sold approximately 5 acres of land to Walmart at Tucson Blvd. and Drexel Road.  Walmart plans to construct a 41,000 SF Walmart Neighborhood Market and a gas station.  The remaining 4 acres will be comprised of freestanding fast food restaurants and shops buildings.
