Stone House, the only active custom lot subdivision in Sahuarita, AZ, experienced very robust sales in 2019 with a total of 21 closings, the most in a year since the project opened in 2005!  A.F. In December, Diamond Ventures, Inc. purchased 32 acres in Sedona.  Dorn Homes and Diamond Ventures plan to offer 30 customized homes at Hillside Vista Estates.  This is Diamond Ventures third residential community in Sedona after developing Casa Contenta and RimStone.  Dorn Homes and Diamond Ventures have partnered on residential development projects for more than twenty years.

Eegee’s purchased a parcel from Houghton Developers to construct its first store serving Southeast Tucson. They started construction shortly after closing on the land and are scheduled to open in late March, 2020.
